Desiccant - Clay
Clay is known as a natural product and is already used in a variety of our everyday products, such as exfoliants or toothpaste. As a reliable all-rounder, clay is suitable for standard applications in all industrial sectors. The material is chemically neutral and safe, and it reliably binds water vapor from the environment.
The special TROPAgreen® clay is fully compostable according to the German Fertilizer Ordinance (DüMV) and the Bio-waste Ordinance (BioAbdV).
Desiccant Bag – Film Material
TROPAgreen® sachets are made from a special outer material composed of PLA fibers, manufactured in Germany. The material meets the quality requirements of DIN 55473 and corresponds to the low‑dust Type A specification.
The printing on the desiccant bags complies with European Union Regulation EC No. 450/2009 and includes the warnings “not edible” and “compostable” in German and English. The green printing ink used is also compostable.
